- Parts Warranty: 2 Years, Panel Warranty: 3 years
- The product warranty is limited to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. Warranty card, purchase receipt of the concerned model and serial number of the product/unit must be presented to claim the warranty. Otherwise, the warranty will not be valid.
- To claim the warranty for replacement, a customer must not remove the packaging poly from the TV and the packet of the TV must be intact and should not be damaged. If any of this condition does not meet with the requirement, then customer will not be eligible for a replacement.

- পার্টস ওয়ারেন্টি: .২ বছর, প্যানেল ওয়ারেন্টি: ৩ বছর।
- পণ্যের ওয়ারেন্টি শুধুমাত্র মূল ক্রেতার জন্য সীমাবদ্ধ এবং হস্তান্তরযোগ্য নয়। ওয়ারেন্টি দাবি করার জন্য ওয়ারেন্টি কার্ড, সংশ্লিষ্ট মডেলের ক্রয়ের রসিদ এবং পণ্য/ইউনিট এর সিরিয়াল নম্বর অবশ্যই উপস্থাপন করতে হবে। এ ব্যতীত ওয়ারেন্টি কার্যকর হবেনা।
- রিপ্লেসমেন্টের গ্যারান্টি পাওয়ার জন্য কাস্টোমারকে অবশ্যই টিভির গায়ে থাকা প্যাকেজিং পলি সহ রিটার্ণ করতে হবে এবং টিভি বক্স অক্ষত রাখতে হবে। উক্ত শর্তাবলীর কোন অংশ যদি অক্ষত না থাকে তাহলে ক্রেতা উক্ত রিপ্লেসমেন্টের জন্য যোগ্য হবে না
